Please have the front doors open before 1 p.m. for the orchestra to set up for the concert.  They will need 2 tables at the entrance of the auditorium, 5 tables at the top of the stairs, and access to the teacher's lounge to prep for beverages.  Estimated 5 hours of custodial time.  Requesting sound shells and microphone.
